We supply the container. You don’t need to buy one, haul one in, or find somewhere to store it afterward. Just pick a container size and it’s ready when you are.

Our Terms: Minimums, & how to pay less
RV lots have a six month minimum. That is not us being difficult, it is the length of the season. Trailers go in around the end of September and come out when the weather turns, and six months covers it.
C-Cans have a three month minimum.
If you already know you are staying longer, the longer terms are cheaper:
- Twelve months: one month free
- Twenty-four months: two months free

What you get either way
All of our lots come with keyless gate entry, a fully fenced and paved yard, and security cameras running 24 hours a day.
We also have 2 RV dump stations, air, potable water and a dog park!

No. We supply the container. Sizes are 8 x 10 at $120 a month, 8 x 20 at $150, and 8 x 40 at $225, all plus GST, on a three month minimum.
Not on RV lots, where the minimum is six months. C-Cans are available on three month terms.
Vehicle lots here run $30 to $75 a month plus GST depending on the size of the spot. A standard car fits a 20 x 10 at $30.
Between $40 and $100 a month plus GST at Big D’s, depending on the length of your trailer. The most common size, 30 to 35 feet, is $55 a month. A powered lot for the same trailer is $120.
Outdoor lots in central Alberta generally run somewhere between $40 and $110 a month depending on length, surface and whether the yard has power. Ours start at $40 for trailers under 20 feet.
